Fractional sales for the GCC · I sell on your behalf
Breaking into the GCC? I become your salesperson here.
Fractional sales support for technology and SaaS businesses entering the UAE and wider GCC. This is not advisory. I open the doors and sell on your behalf, in-market and in-person, from the first introductions to the early closed deals, until you are ready to run it with your own team.
Not advice. A salesperson on the ground.
Most expansion help stops at a plan and a handshake. I stay and sell. Here is what that means for you.
I carry the bag
Not a slide deck and a wave goodbye. I run the meetings, work the pipeline and sell your product on the ground, as part of your team.
Doors already open
Commercial relationships built over years in the region. I bring you into rooms that take an outsider, or a brand-new hire, months to reach.
In-market and in-person
B2B selling in the GCC still runs on presence and trust. I am based in Dubai, so your buyers meet a real person, not a pitch from another timezone.
How it works.
Four stages, from a cold start to deals in the pipeline. The first three set it up. The fourth is where I actually sell for you.
Diagnose
An honest read of your product's fit for the region, what you have already tried, and where the real opportunity sits.
Market research
Who the buyers are, how they procure, which segments are actively spending, and the competitive picture from inside the market.
GTM strategy
A specific first-year plan: target segments, the sales motion, the proof points that win here, and the entity and channel decisions.
Execute
The part that matters. I open the doors and sell on your behalf: introductions, meetings, pipeline and early deals, in-market for you.
When the groundwork is done, you choose.
The engagement is built to hand over cleanly, not to keep you dependent. At the end you have three options.
Go our separate ways
The market is proven, the motion is documented, and you take it from here with everything you need. No lock-in.
Help with the hiring
I stay involved to help you recruit and onboard your first in-market salesperson, so the handover holds instead of stalling.
Keep me selling
Carry on with me selling for you on a tailored monthly retainer, scaled to how much of the region you want to go after.
Lauren Pearson
Founder, The Pearson Co.
I am based in Dubai and sell for technology, SaaS and hospitality-tech businesses entering the UAE and GCC. I open doors and close early deals on your behalf, drawing on direct commercial relationships in the region rather than a generic partner database, then hand over cleanly when your own team is ready.
Common questions.
Is this advice, or do you actually sell?
I sell. This is fractional sales support: I represent you in-market, run the meetings and work the pipeline on your behalf. The diagnostic and strategy stages exist to make that selling effective, not as the deliverable in themselves.
What happens at the end of the engagement?
Your call. We part ways with the market proven and the motion documented, or I help you hire and onboard your first in-market salesperson, or I keep selling for you on a tailored monthly retainer. Nothing is locked in.
Should we start with the UAE or Saudi Arabia?
For most technology and SaaS businesses, the UAE is the right first market: lower barriers to foreign business formation and a concentration of regional decision-makers that makes relationships easier to build. Saudi Arabia is usually the right second market, not the first.
Ready to put a salesperson on the ground in the GCC?
Tell me where you are: considering the UAE for the first time, already in market without traction, or weighing the UAE against Saudi Arabia. I will give you a clear view of the right next step.
